On Tuesday, October 17, 2023, we hosted Captive Webinar 2023 (online broadcast). This year’s theme was “Latest Trends and Effective Use of Captives in Asia.”

We were honored to have the CEO of Labuan IBFC Inc. , Datuk Iskandar Mohd Nuli deliver a keynote address, sharing insights on Labuan’s strengths.

Mr. Araki introduced PCCs and Green Oak, followed by Mr. Maeda, a certified tax accountant, who explained the insurance treatment of reserves from an accounting perspective.
