Our parent company, Japan Risk Specialist Ltd. (JRSL), has recently published a feature article on Labuan — covering not just the captive insurance business, but also the unique charm and attractions of the island itself.
JRSL has been supporting the establishment and management of captives in Labuan since 2012. In March 2020, they took a further step by setting up Green Oak PCC Ltd., a Protected Cell Captive, and have been actively operating here ever since.
