Japan Risk Specialist Ltd. (JRSL) publishes a monthly newsletter. In February 2023, we featured a topic on PCC (Protected Cell Captive).
Green Oak PCC Ltd. was established in March 2020 in Labuan, Malaysia’s financial center, and obtained a Protected Cell Captive (PCC) license from the local financial regulator in July of the same year.
