On 15 October, we co-hosted a webinar with Labuan IBFC introducing the concept of Protected Cell Companies (PCCs).The theme of the session was “Captive Insurance and PCCs – A Solution in Times of Pandemic?”
The presentation began with the benefits of captive insurance in risk management, followed by an explanation of PCCs, and concluded with a focus on Labuan IBFC as a domicile for captives.
